This place is a scam This place is a scam. I signed for a one membership at a rate of 50 dollars. They then charged me 150 and refuse to refund me my money back. I am taking this to small claims because that’s not the membership I signed up for. I still haven’t been able to cancel this membership and there’s been no one to contact to cancel. A complete nightmare!

My provider was rude My provider was rude, got my name wrong, and was very clearly insensitive and ignorant to eating disorders. When I told her about my issue with her “advice” she responded with a “sorry you feel this way.” Bedside manner does matter even via text, and it’s disappointing that providers have literally no critical thinking or reading comprehension skills.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!!

Good and bad experience My recent experience with the Nurse Practitioner Katherine Richey was great, but the experienced I had with the previous nurse practitioner Nicole Adamiak was horrible. She changed my medication dosage abruptly without my consent which made my anxiety came back really bad.

Quick & Easy for Needed Results I hurt my back and woke up on a Sunday hardly able to move. Less than 10 minutes after using K-Health I had a prescription sent over to my pharmacy with medication to help. Very happy with how simple and effective using this app was.
