Great VPS Provider and Crazy Support I'm new to VPS and especially Linux VPS. Bought 2048MB VPS Plan and didn't know exactly how to configure it. Their support helped me to configure and setup my required software, it took around 16 hours to setup everything. They even secured my server with many features and explained me everything and gave me many tutorials and free e-books to update my knowledge. All the support for free of charge, not a single penny. Other provider would charge me ~$100 per month, but Kloud51 have done it for me completely free. Their support is amazing, especially Francis. They have many promotions and aggressive discounts on their products as well. Wish other providers would learn from Kloud51.

Perfect After trying a number of providers and never quite getting it right, I discovered Kloud51 and have not had cause to look elsewhere. I use their vps they are just stable and fast . They perform well, the monitoring systems are superb and the platform is very reliable.

Great Arch Linux VPS The Arch Linux VPS works perfectly out of the box although I had to first upgrade the pacman keyring before everything else could be updated it's not a big problem. What I would like to see added is an option to select which data center I want my VPS to run on.

Kloud51 = Responsable Company I bought a Linux Web hosting + Domain. My Payment processor had a problem sending the payment, I didn't know who had the problem so I opened support ticket to K51, they answered me in less than 24hs, they sent me a SS of they account showing me that they did not received the payment. They were very professional. I am making my website, I am having some trouble with the DNS, but nothing big, I stil in contact with the support team and if is someone online they answer almost instantly.
