The main reason being the person I have been interacting with from day 1, Mr. David Beyda, has been incredibly efficient, understanding . Has responded to my many exhaustive questions patiently and accurately. He has kept me updated about my application over the months. He has been extremely pleasant to work with. He is funny, playful, and seems to be genuinely kind. I can't say enough about how enjoyable it has been to work with David. At the end of the day he delivered on what he promised .

Also, our representative Liza was a huge help especially when I needed someone that is a lot more technically savvy than myself. Without her help I probably couldn’t have completed the deal!

Owner Small Business Owners, please understand the difference between simple interest and APR. Simple interest IS NOT the total true cost of your loan. APR is the true cost of your loan. I was offer 12% on LOC, but the actual APR was 47.9%. Extremely misleading. Please be careful when borrow money. Look at what it is truly costing you, which is measure by Annual Percentage Rate (APR).

Finally Finally, they did come through and have delivered on the service they promised as I was worried and stressed that I was scammed. They did explain some computer issues and the government regulations including IRS delays caused problems which they could not control. I am convinced that it was true. Hoping they will come through with the rest of the deal. I would do business with them again

Bfa’s customer service is unmatched I’ve never been so comfortable and at ease when it came to reaching out to bfa. In particular Mr Brian Davis walked me through my options, concerns and repetitive questions. If I’d recommend anyone to talk to it would be him. Thank you again for your attentiveness to my concerns.
