Ting Lin My experience with Ting Lin was superb! I have issues with the wrinkles around my eyes and a little droopiness on my face. She recommended Ulterapy and explained everything in great detail about why I need it. She also suggested future remedies to follow up on those issues, like microneedling on my eyes area and told me what cream I should use to help my issues. Her attitude, tone of voice, and warmth made me feel very comfortable. I have already booked to do the Ultherapy next week. I hope everything turns out great. I will definitely come back to Trifecta Med Spa because I have found a wonderful medical anestherician--Ting Lin. She is an angel!

I bought a package from the spa in May… I bought a package from the spa in May 2019. I have had to cancel appointments because your laser machine has been broke for an entire month, and I haven’t heard anything updates about when it will be fixed. I’m also concerned about the treatments I’m getting since I have no improvement at all. The aestheticians give me different guidelines and protocols which don’t appear to be standardized. Not at all impressed. I’m rather disappointed and will not recommend this spa to anyone at this point.

I love Trifecta Med Spa I love Trifecta Med Spa! I've been coming here for tattoo removal since last year, and every time I'm impressed by how friendly and professional the staff is. Ting is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments.

Solid/Standard Treatment While the treatment itself was fine, I did feel that the technician was a bit too pushy/salesy. I just came in to try a treatment and to try to relax, not to be sold products I didn't ask for. I think it would be more considerate not to make recommendations and go on and on unless the customer explicitly asks. Also, I was not greeted promptly and they were running behind schedule when I arrived. I made the effort to be on time/early, so I expect the same on their end, especially for the price.
