GBGreat Audiologist in Los Gatos Dr. Novik has been great. She really works with her patients to make sure they have the best Audiology support they can have. She has always been available when I have had a problem and can usually fix my hearing aids in house when something is wrong. When she has had to send them out she has had loaners and the turn around time has been very quick

GBEvery visit a plus Every visit to Silicon Valley Hearing is a plus. I am convinced that Dr. Novick is thoroughly devoted to making me hear well, and that attitude is passed to her staff. My most recent visit was sort of minimal, checking out my hearing aids and discussing life after their warranty expires. Still good.
