I’ve been in the Smokeshop Business… I’ve been in the Smokeshop Business going on 24 years, and I can honestly say that Windship has been one of the easiest and professional companies I’ve come across. The selection is amazing, as soon as I send the order they respond immediately. I wish most Companies I deal with would be this easy. Excellent Service Windship Trading is one of the best at what they do. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices, and excellent customer service. They lost a star because of their inventory system. When ordering online, I frequently have issues with high demand items being on back-order, but displayed as in-stock. As annoying as this can be at times, Chad has done a great job of assisting me before I submit my order so I am aware of what's unavailable ahead of time and can make the appropriate substitutions.

Without stock... Not always all the products are available, too many back orders in the invoice. But everything's else is Okay, very glad with the time response, executive contact, and the product mix. So it would be only that issue; we had never get a order with all the products that we ask for, too many back ordered because they break stock.
