Excellent service over many years I have been hosting my e-commerce site on WebHostingBuzz for over 10 years, using both the VPS and their Business package (great cost/benefit). The support staff has always helped me, even performing tasks that technically they were not obliged to do. They go the extra mile, above and beyond requirements. Highly recommended.

OMG Erwin Zainal at WebHostingBuzz is amazing! OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited. Although it should have taken up to an hour, he had it done perfectly in about 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Erwin Zainal, who was so polite and helpful, I have avoided major time and cost. WebHostingBuzz Support fix and solve your problems! I have been working WebHostingBuzz for years, and their support is always very competent. Quite often they solve and fix the problem I might be having or as a minimum give me instructions to resolve other systems for myself! Totally recommend their service and really use the support when you have issues, it will save you learning a million things and TIME!
