They genuinely care I stopped in to buy a brush for my new cat and have quickly become a lifelong customer. Natalie, the owner, takes the time to learn about your pet and situation so she can recommend the best products, even if you don't ask her to! Her staff is super friendly and helpful. I had no idea I could put my kitty on a raw diet but she educated me and helped guide me through the process, which ended up being very easy. Definitely recommend!

Great products and friendly staff! Great products and friendly staff! I just adopted a rescue kitty and wanted to give her better food than she had been eating at the overcrowded shelter. She made om-nom-nom noises the first time she ate their natural cat food. She's been here about a month now and has a much better coat and seems much healthier than when she arrived here as a timid, under-appreciated kitty. I'll be back to buy some other flavors for her to try soon!

Great dog wash experience I went to The Happy Beast for the first time today and used their self service dog wash facilities. The area was clean and dry and the tubs were great and easy to use. I appreciated the variety of shampoos offered and the various brushes/combs provided. The towels were great/quick absorbing and I also used the dryer. There were plenty of rubber mats on the ground so it wasn't slippery and my dog seemed quite comfortable there. I will definitely return!

The staff here are incredibly helpful The staff here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There are always a few cats and maybe a dog hanging out behind the counter/around the store. A great selection of the best kinds of foods for the animals we love.

The Happy Beast saved our kitty's life! The Happy Beast is an amazing resource! After watching our 10-year-old kitty struggle with health issues for so long while working with traditional medicine, we finally met Natalie at the Happy Beast who educated us on how to bring our furry companion back to his happy, healthy self -- naturally. Natalie basically saved our cat's life! He is now energetic, playful, at a healthy weight, and sleeps through the night (therefore, we do, too!). Our lives are better now that The Happy Beast is part of our family!
