Often there was just one travel day between events. This project posed a huge logistical nightmare - delivery of computer equipment being a particulary high-risk element. Blake Rose and the Meeting Tomorrow team were incredible. Quick, attentive, and flexible during the planning and specification phase, but then accurate, commited, and agile on the fulfillment end. There wasn't ONE failure on the computer logistics end of this: stuff showed up on time, stuff went back on time.
