GBI only will you could see the product . my shoes were too big and the inner soles did not fit in the shoes Simply not a good shoe . The immerses were to big for the shoes

GBI Was Left Hanging! No one called or emailed to tell me my order would be late. Despite several telephone calls, no one came out to fit my shoes. I finally took the hint after several weeks and started to wear them. I got the bill from Medicare, and for what you are getting paid, your service should be better. This is my second pair of shoes from this company, and compared to the first time, this was a disappointment.

GBI like things simple. I was called by a representative to make an appointment for my shoes. I felt as though there was no pressure and I was in total control of the experience, which is what a customer like myself wants. I set a day and I get a call to see if it is okay for me and it is. The representative comes to my house and calls on the way to make sure its okay for me. The representative comes to my residence with the tools of the trade to measure my feet and get an imprint and I have already looked in the catalog and picked the shoe I am interested in and another shoe in case the first choice is not available. When my shoes arrive the procedure is completed again leaving me the customer completely in control with no pressure. I like things done correctly and simple.
