Bull crap Well first I'm calling trying to get help or resources for help only to get disconnected several times before talking with someone .. finally get a hold of someone an dude is saying 900 a day for help which Is way more I even spend in a week on the drugs I'm trying to get off of .. then he hang up on me when trying to ask a question about the number he just gave me... How do people expect addicts to get sober when the help provided is so expensive or the people helping have never experienced their own demons with drugs before themselves... You can't get the help you need to get off drugs these days... People are trying to get clean an live a better life but society an the government makes it hard an to expensive to get it done

Bad Recovery experience During my stay at recovery village, my diabetes became the focus and not my recovery. The medical director felt that she could manage my diabetes than me under the direction of my diabetic physician. It got to the point where I couldn't even give myself my insulin in an appropriate fashion. As a type 1 diabetic, this is very upsetting. In addition, some of the "therapists" I felt performed their duties in an inappropriate manner. Putting patients on the spot, using patients to trigger or get someone to "open up" when they were hurting that person. All and all I would never refer anyone to this facility. I feel that medically, I shouldn't have been put in the position I was, where I couldn't consult with my physician, and whenever my doctors office called to help consult about my situation they were "refused". In summation, I do not feel like I "recovered" here. I was simply in a bubble where I couldn't drink.

Rehab profiteers. Pretty gross. This place might be great for people with money who don't want to interact with the hoi polloi. Poor need not apply. This doesn't necessarily mean that this place is bad, but it's definitely not in the biz of helping people. They want your money. The end.

would never recommend this facility Rebecca who checked me in was the only staff member that seemed to care. She was so nice and informative. Once I entered into the detox center I could not believe the attitudes of the employees. I was just there for a five day detox. We had meditation twice. The rest of the time you just did whatever you wanted, sleep, walk around or go out and smoke. No structure was so ever. The food was disgusting. I resorted to eating pbj sandwiches for dinner . The breakfasts were uneatable and the only good thing at lunch was a salad. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. They just want your money and don't pay any attention to your addiction or try to help you to recovery.

Billing and intake a horrible experience Intake was an awful experience. Florida agent assured that we had a bed available and we arrived to a full institution. Also, agent did not inform us that she wouldn't be admitted if blood alcohol level exceeded a certain level so they sent us to hospital for detoxification.
