Extremely dissatisfied I was in recovery once this year at The Recovery Village in Columbus Ohio. It went ok I had a relapse so I returned. I thought it was a place that cared and was trying to help people. But found out they care for nothing but money. I was not even threw detox when they found out my insurance would not cover it they asked me to leave immediately. They gave me no after care plan. This stay was chaotic it was understaffed. Most of staff was friendly but did not have a clue what was going on. To find out all this place does is scam insurance. extremely dissatisfied patient.

Detox too fast. I loved most of the staff. However, I left early because I felt the detox process was too rapid. I believe I would have been successful had someone listened to me and adjusted the process accordingly. Other than that, I would recommend Palmer Lake and would like to return for treatment as I am still looking for help. The anxiety I was experiencing caused me to behave poorly and was the reason I left the facility far earlier than I should have.

Life changing experience I can't express enough how amazing my time at the recovery village was. I had no idea what to expect before I arrived but within the first few minutes I realized that this was the place that was going to help put my life back on track. The genuine care that I received from the entire staff was extremely comforting at the time I needed it most.

Bull crap Well first I'm calling trying to get help or resources for help only to get disconnected several times before talking with someone .. finally get a hold of someone an dude is saying 900 a day for help which Is way more I even spend in a week on the drugs I'm trying to get off of .. then he hang up on me when trying to ask a question about the number he just gave me... How do people expect addicts to get sober when the help provided is so expensive or the people helping have never experienced their own demons with drugs before themselves... You can't get the help you need to get off drugs these days... People are trying to get clean an live a better life but society an the government makes it hard an to expensive to get it done
