BEWARE Advertises you can inquire about ur loved one w/immediate response - Nothing is further from the truth; voicemails never returned bcuz they don’t monitor messages, they refuse to answer a ringing phone. Administration says ‘they r not on site,’ lol, but they really are, it’s simply an excuse to get u off their back. They try to pacify moms w/a bunch of phone numbers that they themselves know do not get answered. I was so worried, I had complete ROI from my daughter, her nurse Jason spoke to me 1X in 6 days 😢. I guess the staff are just sick & tired of Addicts and can’t get jobs elsewhere, the pay must be minimum wage. Policy changed between the time I was told to send patients belongings to only pkgs from Retail stores are accepted. This place is a total cluster . Now I am told my daughter’s (patient) belongings that had arrived and never given to her will not be returned home, wow, wow, wow! This facility is as unstable as our addicted loved ones. My daughter went straight to ER after having to leave this facility.

Billing and intake a horrible experience Intake was an awful experience. Florida agent assured that we had a bed available and we arrived to a full institution. Also, agent did not inform us that she wouldn't be admitted if blood alcohol level exceeded a certain level so they sent us to hospital for detoxification.

Extremely dissatisfied I was in recovery once this year at The Recovery Village in Columbus Ohio. It went ok I had a relapse so I returned. I thought it was a place that cared and was trying to help people. But found out they care for nothing but money. I was not even threw detox when they found out my insurance would not cover it they asked me to leave immediately. They gave me no after care plan. This stay was chaotic it was understaffed. Most of staff was friendly but did not have a clue what was going on. To find out all this place does is scam insurance. extremely dissatisfied patient.

Not the best money can buy There are far worse places to be, I will not say I regret going here. If you need to go to treatment for legal reasons this place is perfect. Their "therapists," are mostly students, and their mood greatly impacts how they interact with you. Some of the directors at this location are also pharm reps, and if the one of the directors is required to lead a group session, they will be sure to let you know how beneath them it is to do so, I believe one woman named Courtney mentioned this when she introduced herself before leading a group session. They will keep you as long as possible to try to get as much money from your insurance as possible. I do have to say that the staff that you interact with daily, they are called behavioral techs, are actually really helpful, and most of the techs are in recovery as well, of course with many years of clean time. Oh, and I'm pretty sure my credit card information was taken by one of the staff members while they had it locked away in their "safe." Definitely protect your personal information if you plan on seeking treatment here.

Good treatment, poor facitlities. The care and treatment was very good. The building has terrible leaks and smells like sewer all the time. Ceiling tile are wet, carpets wet against the walls. Also certain staff have very poor people skills and are quite rude to the patients, acting as if they are better than them.
