Very knowledgeable and professional John from Stampback got it touch with me via a speculative letter after acquiring a property in Hackney. I did not even know that we were… I did not even know that we were entitled to the stamp duty back, when I received a letter I originally thought it was some sort of scam, I googled the company but was still a little weary but as I didn't have anything to loose I contacted John.
