This product works. After using the back stretcher daily for a week, I'm no longer in a continuously uncomfortable state. Acemend helped me relieve the majority of my lower back pain and sciatica with a what appeared to be just a cushion. Shady company shipping from China Never buy a product from a company whose country of origin is not stated on the website. Which country does Acemend come from? Which country do they pay their taxes? Is it USA= Also, their products are shipped from Cainiao, China, a red flag! I would avoid them unless the product is superior.

Good tool to improve posture I purchased the neck & back stretcher. It worked really well to relieve the tension in my upper and lower back. I've been using it for 10 min in the morning and before sleep. It also helps correct my slouching posture. I am very satisfied with the product. Will definitely recommend anyone who has back pain to use it.

Very poor customer service! I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them! I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon? Do they actually care?
