GBNot impressed with the service Not impressed with the service. Sent a urine specimen and a check. They cashed the check and discarded the sample because they said it took too long to reach them. They sent another sample kit. I sent another sample, which they are holding because they want another check! I ALWAYS have to initiate the emails. They never say whether they received my sample or that they are waiting for payment (which they already have). I emailed again and called twice…..no response. The other lab my provider told me to use was in communication every step of the way! I have lost time waiting to hear from them when they made no effort to get in touch with me. REALLY dissatisfied at this point!

GBTest never shipped Update: I explained the situation to Dave, who reached out after I left the 1 star review. He was very professional in researching what happened to my order and correcting the error to my satisfaction. I have now received the test and will update review after results are provided. Test never shipped. Could not reach anyone at RealTime Laboratories by phone or email despite multiple attempts at both sending email and leaving messages. Currently disputing charge with my credit card company

GBPayment was a nightmare Payment was a nightmare. It took over a month to get paid and get results. Agent kept demanding my federal Medicare card which is invalid since I now have Medicare coverage through Blue Cross. Then they took my credit card down wrong. Brutal process!!!!! Never again thank you

AUMy vector was body lice in 2006 My vector was body lice in 2006. Normal routine bloods and cultures, including fungal cultures. 2021 Deteriorating health led me to Fry Labs pathogen testing. They found a cave/sediment fungus in my blood. 2022 This led me to wanting to know which mycotoxins were also causing my decreased vitality & memory. Result a strong positive Gliotoxin usually produced by marine fungus! Perhaps I now have enough evidence to obtain treatment to stop the inevitable path to dementia. Definitely recommend this easy test.

KRIt would certainly help if you gave a correlation to other units commonly used. Thanks. It would certainly help if you gave a correlation between the units you use and those used by your competitor. I had two tests by them previously and am having difficulty comparing your results with theirs. Kathleen Taylor
