The app has perfect visuals, it’s so easy to use, so helpful in keeping track of your fasting routine & water intake, shows you exactly where you are at when fasting and what your body is doing/going through, which helps ease my mind, and it just has good vibes. other apps do the same thing but this one’s vibes are by far.

GBGreat App for beginners So far I'm on day 3, which has been a good start. I enjoy the schedule and timer to keep me going, and the tips help motivate me. The built-in learning process is really great. I do wish it had more of a food and drink journal though, and please add some warnings if the user takes too much where it would make weight loss difficult.

GBVery good so far. I am only in two weeks and have already lost 2 lbs. I’m a shift worker, the coach helped me with my plans. The tutorials made fasting so easy for beginners. Not wrong so far, but I still hope there could be more recipes for vegetarians. Please improve.
