Amazing experience! Had I known about flow payments earlier and did a little bit of research regarding the processing industry, I would’ve applied with them from the very beginning. I had applied with EasyPay Direct in early OCT and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. With Alex’s help, I was able to get approved for a merchant account the very SAME DAY I applied. Holy crap that’s unheard of! And pretty much the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, bar none. Alex is truly awesome and assisted me every step of the way. Excellent service I was working with four different companies, but this one was by far the fastest and easiest, and I wish I'd have just come to them first. Approval was quick, the instructions for set-up on my site were easy and quick--it was just a good experience all around.

Terrible company Terrible company ! Alex Klimchenko should be fired. Non responsive, failed to answer any questions or call back , ended up signup with a competitor.
