Long time customer I've been ordering from Private MD Labs for 5 years. Virtually any test you need is available, and the total cost is frequently the same or less than your in-network co-pay. You get the results quickly, and you get the results without a lecture and automatic prescription. Quest Diagnostics' recent decision to discourage walk-ins is an order-of-magnitude step down in convenience, but I'll continue to use this service.

Amazing customer service I've only ordered from them a couple of times so far, but each time my purchases were quick, though, and cheap. I love that I can order labs months before my actual appointment, because it makes everything so easy to plan ahead for. Best of all, I had an issue with accidentally ordering the wrong test, and customer service got back to me within 10 minutes(!!!) to help me fix my mistake with absolutely 0 hassle. Quick and easy way to monitor My testing allowed me to avoid a trip to my doctors and verify that my bloodwork was still in my normal range. I was able to schedule it easily, although the nearest Quest Lab was 40 miles from me as most have closed nearby me. Once I was able to locate the nearest open Quest Lab, it was simple to schedule and get my results in a timely fashion.
