My Bloating is gone! Thanks PlantStreet! K woke up bloated everyday. Next he ate a breakfast primary made of processed cereal, carbs, milk and went to work. At work, K felt tired and lack of energy. During lunch K liked to have pizza, burgers or sandwiches. Dinner consisted of food high in carbs, protein and fat. Along with bloating, K also had chronic constipation and related digestive issues. K wanted to change but had no idea where to start and what is causing his health issues. He used to think oat cereal is good and that milk and milk products are the basics of human diet. One day K came across Plant Street. Plant street changed Ks view on whole plant diet and helped him understand what is happening to his body when K consumes carbs, milk and high amounts of fat. After spending some time with Plant Street, Ks view on food took a 180 degree turn. The amazing doctors, dietitians and yoga experts at PlantStreet helped him understand the difference between whole plant based food vs processed foods. In addition, the coaching sessions provided psychological support and helped stay focused on the new lifestyle. Today, Ks mornings are great and full of energy. The constipation and bloating are long gone and his productivity at work has increased. At home K is energetic and likes to play with his kids unlike before where he used to be grumpy and lazy. The yoga and whole plant based diet helped him loose a lot of extra pounds and have greatly reduced his risk of diabetes and heart problems. Whole plant based is a lifestyle. I did it and it’s not easy to let go of eating habits that took years to develop but, if you are suffering like I did, food is what caused it and only food can fix it. It’s definitely worth a try. -K

Essential App for your Health I have used this app for few weeks and overall I am very satisfied. The best part of this App is to help with your eating habits in a most simple way. Just take a picture of your meal and post it. Other apps force you to select /enter meal details which is not as easy to use. Also, getting health advice on your meal plan from professionals as part of a subscription is the best way to keep yourself on track. The app has a great potential to offer further improved customer experience. For Example: Integrating with Apple Watch/Fitbit to auto collect my fitness log would be very nice feature to add on. I wish the creators of this app, best of luck!

TRY THIS! My husband and I started looking into a better form of nutrition after we opened our Chiropractic office. The craziness of starting a business took over and our health was pushed to the side, especially our diet. We decided we needed to get back on track and create the lifestyle we wanted. Alison and her team were able to provide content that made us feel confident in our decision to change our lifestyle to a whole-food plant-based diet. The videos were informative and gave us the scientific research on why this is the best lifestyle for ourselves and our future family. We jumped right into this nutritional world that we did not even know existed! We were both raised on a meat and potato diet, but we realized we were not getting all the key nutrients we needed. Devon and I also realized what we thought was “healthy” was creating disorder in our bodies. After the first week of going plant-based Devon notice his strength had increased at the gym and I notice my energy level was sustained throughout the day at work. We have also been able to encourage our practice members to improve diet in their life and refer them to an evidence-based lifestyle change with Plant Street! I would highly recommend Plant Street for anyone who would like to make a lifestyle change! Alison and her colleagues will guide you through the process to help you successfully create a whole-foods lifestyle!

I participated in Alison's first 8-week… I participated in Alison's first 8-week consulting group and I learned so much about eating a healthier diet, free from meats, dairy, and oils. Although I did not go "all in" during the 8-week class, I chose to eat Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) breakfasts and lunches, and try to eat one WFPB dinner each week. The transition was easy because Alison and Plant Street provided recipes and menu plans. As my schedule lightens up over the summer months, I intend to add more WFPB dinners to my weekly meal plan. This has been a great learning experience for me and I recommend Plant Street to anyone wanting to make changes to their current diet. Thank you Alison and Plant Street!!!
