The purchase online was great...lab to take the blood a little lacking The purchase online was great. The lab I was sent to could use some improvement. If you have never done it is a little odd walking into a building & finding a room with no one in it. Computer check in is fine but a little guidance on the front end would be helpful. The lady that came & got me & pulled my blood did a good job. She did not have good bedside skills though. That doesn't bother me much as long as they do their job but you could tell by the Google reviews that it bothers most people.
