Very satisfied Roots was very satisfied with the CauseMatch platform and especially with the customer service provided by Sofia and the other members of the team. They were responsive and very helpful at just about all hours of the day and night. It was actually quite amazing. If we don't find a platform with a lower fee, I think we will almost definitely use CauseMatch again in the future. The one problem we did have is that they could not accept donations in Israel through the channel that we had been using in the past, and the net result of that was that our contributors in Israel were not able to get tax exempt status for the donations they gave through CauseMatch.

A Humbling Experience I met with Joseph, Jeremy, and Tom from CauseMatch as well as a few others. The culture of this company as well as the environment in the office left me feeling humbled and so eager to work with them on the various projects discussed.
