Stefanie Grace - Women's Health Coaching is a holistic company offering coaching, retreats and workshops to support women in creating a healthier relationship with their bodies, minds and food. Founded by Grace, the CEO, our mission is to empower women through a transformative journey of self-discovery and acceptance. Grace's personal journey of self-love and self acceptance has inspired her to share her invaluable techniques and experiences. Having struggled with an eating disorder herself in her youth, she understands the complexities of a dysfunctional relationship with food, body image, self-confidence and self-esteem. As a certified mind-body eating coach, passionate yoga and meditation teacher and mentor, Grace is now committed to helping women discover their inner strength. Her goal is to empower every woman she works with, boosting their self-esteem and encouraging self-love.
