Excellent service! Especially for travellers & expats. This is an excellent service! It is particularly useful to travelers, expats, or people in countries where medical services are only basic. I received a face to face online call consultation with Dr Hoi Sang; he was thorough, patient & advised me about further treatment options, despite it being late at night. I would also like to say a special thanks to the service's online assistant Annie. Annie is more than professional; she responded to my enquiry almost immediately & was kind, reassuring, as well as efficient. Annie alone, lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders. It was great platform.... It is a great platform to easily interact with patients and help them with their issues . Most of their health issues could be addressed on this platform rather than coming physically to the consulting room. Everyone has to subscribe to this innovative medical idea. Those who needs physical examination and investigations are requested to come to hospital for those test to be requested.

Had the issue resolved within an hour. Amazing service, I had an abscess and needed an emergency consultation. I was talking with someone (Annie) from the service team the whole time who helped me to book a consultation. The doctor i had booked with wasnt available for the issue i had but this was quickly resolved, Annie arranged for a different doctor to see me within 15 minutes. I Had the issue resolved within an hour. The service is great and they are very helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a consultation!
