For me it was a dissapointment For me it was a dissapointment. They asked first if I was in a hurry, and suggested that if I was they would send me to Turkey instead of Germany. When I answered that I was not in a hurry, all of the sudden they said that I should look elsewhere. It felt like they have nothing in Germany and is a scam to send you to Turkey.

The service was of the highest standard. We were organized reserve, doctor's consultation, transfer at all stages, support at any time of the day and night. We are truly grateful for the service and would recommend it to everyone we know. Special thanks to our manager Nadezhda, she did a great job as a real professional of customer service.

Dr Dhovhan Nadejda was prompt… Dr Dhovhan Nadejda was prompt professional and outstanding in understanding my needs. She called me and took her time to assess the situation and did not rush anything. But I finally got an earlier treatment in my country so did not finally use their services. But if in the future I should need anything, they will be my first choice for sure! Highly recommend!
