GB4 1/2 stars to them! I trust Careindeed very much. My 95 year old Mother is still getting used to becoming a widow. My Father passed last summer, 2015. They were together 64 years and have been in Menlo Park for at least 80 years. My Mom is proud and determined to stay at home and luckily my Dad made sure we had some resources for that. Careindeed has been so wonderful to my Mom! She has" company" 24/7 and the caregivers have been very attentive and helpful. My sisters and I appreciate the company very much.

GBAdministrative Mess The care givers that Care Indeed have been of mixed quality. Some of them are excellent and some of them just want to stare at their phones all day. The most frustrating part of Care Indeed is their internal processes and customer support. Invoices are frequently inaccurate. Every bill is an adventure. In addition, they do not respond to emails or phone calls on a timely basis.

GBCare is excellent Care is excellent, and I have the best caregiver of all! However, I find their bookkeeping almost impossible to follow. It would be so much easier if I would get an end-of-the-month statement (like a credit card statement) rather than the bits and pieces of each visit within the month. It is a headache!
