It was a long journey to find an appropriate diet and it's a battle to stick to it long enough to eliminate the yeast completely, but that's my problem. Tried and true!! I have been using Biophase enzymes for about 7 years. After a few days of a few capsules at night, it rids me of my itchy, sore , dry, irritated skin, and gets rid of my bloating and stomach upsets.
