I used Liberty Medical's buyback… *Updated to 5 stars once I understood the testing process that had to be done before completing the buyback. Super responsive company. I used Liberty Medical's buyback program for oxygen concentrators. They were quick to respond, provided a fair quote for the equipment, and sent prepaid shipping labels for sending the equipment to them. They were very responsive throughout the process. It did take 2 weeks to receive payment, which is the only bit of the process that might be improved.

Super easy and quick… The process was super easy and quick from getting a quote to returning the machine. Staff were responsive and answered any questions I had. I rented a machine for vacation (driving) because I had limited space and no room for multiple oxygen tanks. This was a PERFECT size. Worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

Great customer service What can I say... The wonderful people of this company went over board to help expedite an order in a short time that was in limited supply. Krista is an incredible business owner and was able to make things happen. The rest of her staff are also friendly, helpful and very patient. This company is all about the customer and their needs. You definitely feel valued and listened to even if you personally are not sure what your needs are. What an incredible bunch of people. Did I also mention quick communication response time. Phenomenal Customer Service I’ve contacted and worked with MANY medical companies and Liberty Medical is by far the BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough with every single order. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable if having to pay out of pocket. The customer service is the best, they are beyond friendly and make the process smooth and easy.
