She takes her time and explains what I don’t understand, she never loses her cool, and in today’s world that is uncommon. People are unprofessional at every turn, but not Janet, she is the most Professional person I’ve worked with. When she says she’s going to call she calls! If she said she will email or text, she Actually DOES it! She is so pleasant and respectful, and that is a Gift! I don’t know her age but she Always consistently calls me Ms. Elliott , she is a sweetheart! I wish I could literally clone her for other people who tell me their horror stories.
