GBSimple Set Up I first called to ask questions. The rep was not pushy at all. I completed my order on line and another representative called me back to finish my order. Both were very knowledgeable. Once I received the order within a few days, the set up was quick and simple. When I pushed the button the 1st time to make the emergency call to verify the system was working, the rep answered promptly and she helped me test the system out all over our house including outside. I highly recommend.
