Great reporting, reasonable fees I am very pleased to be able to use American Tenant Screen. Their fees for each report are very reasonable, and so is their annual fee. There are so many so-called agencies on the internet that are little more than scams.

I love ATS I love ATS! Everyone there has been great, they make checking out a new tenant very easy and quick, always have the results back the same day. ATS is soooo much better than the company I was using when one of my clients told me about ATS. I tell everyone I know who owns rentals about them!
