Customer Service I wanted to look at the reviews on TrustPilot before buying their masks. I've been eyeing the product for a while but I have a few reliable masks. I wanted something less wasteful that had a better seal. After reading their responses to customer reviews, I want nothing to do with this company. It seems like Castle Grade customer service is run by insolent toddlers. Not sure what's going on there but it really doesn't help the company image and deters potential buyers. No more fogging glasses with this solid mask A solid mask that for a glass sweater is a great no fog, solid seal solution I was looking for. I have tried so many masks, and even backed some crowd funded campaigns and the low quality, horrible deals and fit were making me tired and feeling defeated. But a friend bought me a camo colored version and I am so happy to have found a solution. This mask feels so comfortable, it is not good for heavy athletic use but wearing it for extended time feels secure. I like how easy it is to clean and when someone asks me what works for my fogging glasses I turn them to CastleGrade as there really is nothing comparable out there.

Materials look great and quality seems… Materials look great and quality seems good. Unfortunately it simply wouldn’t fit my face without leaking, nor my wife’s, nor my brother in Law’s. So, not safe enough to use for us in this pandemic, particularly with me working in the hospital. Too bad. I understand why returns aren’t possible during a pandemic, but a little bummed to spend the money on a product that we’re unable to use.

The mask generally does what you expect, but . . . The mask generally does what you expect on the inhale and is probably better protection for the wearer than cloth masks, even one's with filters where the air likely follows the path of least resistance around the filter. But exhaling forces air out of the sides of the mask which is still not great for everyone around you, but that's probably no worse than other masks. However, the front filter holder cover does not snap on very securely, and if you have it on for a little while the condensate (essentially drool) builds up on your own chin. It's also more cumbersome to take off and put on than most other masks.

Makes me feel safer than any other mask against the delta variation of the coronavirus. I love that it is reusable to save the environment from single use masks. I highly recommend this mask. My son and his wife and two children also recommend them especially since one of the boys has asthma which is viral induced and cannot risk getting Covid. I love that the mask is now FDA approved as well.
