GBsuperior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

GBMy order arrived quickly My order arrived quickly. I love ordering these test strips, as my insurance only pays for 1 a day and sometimes I like to double check my glucose level. Love to have these as extras, as my usual ones when the insurance does not pay cost over $1 for each test strip. Way too expensive for me.

GBInitially Diabetessupplies4Less was… Initially Diabetessupplies4Less was having some site issues. A bit inconvenient when i needed to order supplies. However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. Service is always great with this company!

GBLousy service. Web page down. Phoned in order. Gave new shipping address. Received no email confirmation.. Jus checked my account dashboard: no order, no change of address.
