GBMy order was a product that has been… My order was a product that has been discontinued. My refund was promptly refunded. During the time I ordered the product and company notifying Sound Medical that they no longer made it. I was kept up to date on its progress. Thank You so much for that.

GBNot a happy customer. Almost 8 days ago I placed an order. I figured I would get the order or get an email telling me if and when the order would ship. I have not heard a word from this company. But’s it took them no time to take the money out of my bank account.
