GBPoor customer service There seems to be an issue with communication between Juvent & me as a customer. Every time I called, there appeared not to have any account or record on me so I always had to give them my phone number over & over. The juvent low impact device is over priced. Marodyne offers a .4G unit for $3,000 less.

GBI continue to feel very fatigued and… I continue to feel very fatigued and hurt a lot with the machine. I have spoken to you about it and do not know what to do. I cannot believe that I am the only one with adverse effects. I keep hearing about the owner’ 88 year old Mother who is great and uses it 40 minutes a day. I am not one to give up so I keep trying but I am struggling.

GBVery happy with my Juvent Platform Ever since I found out about Juvent through a friend on July 4th, 2022, I was patiently waiting for the Juvent Platforms to be restocked so I could order one. I am very happy to have received it 4 months later and am using every day once or twice. I have also been able to use one twice a week for about 2 1/2 months at a local physical therapy place, to get the ball rolling. I hope to see a difference in my next dexa scan. I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis in 2004 and have had no major problems until a severe fall last April.
