When I first ordered with Unique When I first ordered with Unique, I was a little hesitant because they had posted a notice warning of possible significant delivery delays due to Covid19. I was pleasantly surprised when 2 or 3 days later my order arrived! Prices and prompt delivery are the best you will find.

My husband is no longer able to use the… My husband is no longer able to use the upstairs shower due to the stairs so we bought a Guardian Medine Bariatric Bath bench without a back to place in our clawfoot bath tub (old tub, not the newer types) in the downstairs bathroom. He is able to sit while using a hand held shower hose that is attached to the tub faucets. I was not sure if the bench would fit the tub but it does and because it can be raised or lowered, he was able to adjust the bench to a comfortable level for him. This is the first time we have purchased anything from Unique Medical Supply but we were pleased with the product, the ease of ordering, and how quickly it was delivered. Very satisfied!

I ordered and paid for a bedside table… I ordered and paid for a bedside table for my bedridden wife in mid December of 2022. After 12 phone messages left (since they never answer the phone) and multiple text messages, we still have no table or a refund. I was informed my items were going to be “ quick to ship”. Within 4 days everything was safely at my Grandmothers door. I'll say exactly what she said upon opening her much needed medical supplies “ Thank you, from the bottom of my heart” -- I look forward to working with Unique Medical Supplies on future orders.

250$ Item paid and never received I place a monthly order for incontinence supplies for my handicapped son with this company. I paid 250$ six weeks ago for supplies which I never received. They are no longer responding to my emails or phone calls and appear to be out of business. Buyer beware!!!
