Really helps me get a good night sleep. I've been using Dr Hamburg's device for many years. In my opinion, it's extremely helpful in getting a good night sleep. My wife also uses it and feels the same way. While they may be a little more involved to set up than similar devices, they are much more effective, comfortable, and have a secure fit. The upper and lower parts are separate which allows my jaw to move which makes it more comfortable for me. Remember you can make adjustments after the initial setup to get the most comfortable fit. I keep any leftover molding material as it can be used for future adjustments or repairs.

I've used the SleepMD mouthpiece for Years Best CS experience EVER I've used the SleepMD mouthpiece for years. Before I found SleepMD I tried at least 5 other products that didn't work at all. SleepMD works!!! I'm writing this review because I recently bought a new one since I broke my old one. I had trouble molding the new one I reached out to Customer Support and Dr Hamburg Called me personally and walked me through my issue. He even offered to do a Zoom call if I couldn't figure it out. He was amazing, and made me feel much better and not like an idiot like I was feeling. So his product works better than anything on the market, and his customer support was the best. Thank you for making me have the best customer experience ever. I'm a customer for life!

Effective treatment for my sleep apnea I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea, with O2 levels falling to 83% for 40 minutes over the course of a night. After using the SleepMD device, a second tests showed minimum O2 at 88% for only 0.3 minute during sleep, averaging 94%. The clinic pronounced that as acceptable, with no further treatment (CPAP) required. I should add that this device costs 95% less than what a lot of dentists want for a similar device. Unfortunately, the upper plate broke after two months. Dr. Hamburg stepped up and provided a repair kit as well as a Zoom session to see that I made the repair properly. I am thoroughly impressed with SleepMD and Dr. Hamburg.

I was hoping the device would work I was hoping the device would work. During the fitting, a part fell off the device, and the lower developed a large split. Time was taken during the session to repair the device, including calling in Dr H to figure it out. Before the device actually had a good fit, the session ended. During the fitting, it cut the corners of my mouth due to the size, and it was just too large to be comfortable. Dr. H offered to get it to fit, but I wasn’t interested in a pieced together device that may not last.

Always helpful I replace my guard about every 9 months. They just get old. As always the Doctor and his team were excellent. The instructions are easy to follow and they’ll do a virtual fitting as well. John C
