GBGreat experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. GBProblem solved I received a very full answer to my request for help all is now well. I am very impressed with the Orcam device and I am still learning all it can do. I have made use of the video tutorials but please remember that many users will have poor vision and will find a visual demonstration of limited use. Final verdict, a great product and goo service.
