Lots of aloha in their customer service! These nice folks didn’t have the hat that I ordered, and gave me the option of waiting for the delivery to come in or take a refund. I wanted the hat so I waited for the delivery. In the meantime I ordered another hat. They were so kind they gave me a third hat for my trouble! My husband will be thrilled there for his birthday! Mahalo nui loa!
