Excellent service Uday is very quick to respond to any of my concerns. He knows the ins and outs of credentialling and I know that isn't simple. i am very impressed by the level of service he offers. In fact, I'm so impressed, I asked for information about any billing services your company offers.

They were able to submit all preferred insurance payors and now we are waiting for feedback. Some payors were closed and rejected my applications but they were able to replace them with other payors within my state in a timely fashion. All I have to do is just show patience. Happy guy! Very good experience! All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.
