GBarrived safe and sound, easy to put together, recommended. stan arrived in good condition. he requires a little assembly, but that was easy enough. my one complaint was that the scapulas are bolted to the ribs in back, but removing one bolt gives a semblance of range of motion. it's a nice skeleton, definitely worth it overall.

GBAdam was wonderful with all of his help. A product I received was defective. After contacting Global about the situation, Adam, a Global representative, wrote to me asking what I needed. I sent pictures of the defect. Adam contacted the company who made the product and took care of relaying my concerns. I received a brand new product within a week! Fantastic service and customer relations. Adam communicated continuously with me to make sure everything was ok. I thank him so much.

GBExcellent product; sloppy shipping. Two weeks after placing my order I had not received information about shipment or delivery. I called the company and was informed that for some reason the order had not shipped. It shipped the next day via FedEx. The quality of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the preparation of one small component of the product were sub-par (the box was falling apart), but the product was not damaged in any way, which was a relief. I am completely happy with the product itself.

GBTakes too long to ship It's been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I called at the 1 week point and was told it should be shipping "tomorrow". Wonder if I'll ever actually get the product. Hmmm........
