Excellent product; sloppy shipping. Two weeks after placing my order I had not received information about shipment or delivery. I called the company and was informed that for some reason the order had not shipped. It shipped the next day via FedEx. The quality of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the preparation of one small component of the product were sub-par (the box was falling apart), but the product was not damaged in any way, which was a relief. I am completely happy with the product itself.

Takes too long to ship It's been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I called at the 1 week point and was told it should be shipping "tomorrow". Wonder if I'll ever actually get the product. Hmmm........
