Would recommend I have been buying medical supplies for my husband from Express Medical for over a year. We have always been satisfied. Recently there was an issue with the mail and they worked with me following the shipment thru the postal service to make sure we received the package. Their customer service has always been helpful, friendly and profession.

The processing was wonderful per usual The processing was wonderful per usual. However, perhaps due to it being a smaller order they didn't take identifying their company name seriously like my previous orders. Hence, my SNF held the package a lot longer as they didn't see it's importance. I was disappointed by this. That is the only reason I gave them only 4 stars. I have worked with them before and always appreciated the care in shipping and processing. They are an excellent company but I wanted to bring this to their attention.

Poor performance and arrogant attitudes Don't trust these people to take care of your child's transportation. Their drivers are unskilled, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They were often late and never apologized for it. My child was not comfortable on the journey. It was awful! As a parent, I would avoid trusting them in the future. Their poor performance is becoming worst with time. It was terrible. BEWARE!

Recent Order We recently ordered support socks for my husband from Express Medical. The ordering process was simple and we received our product in a timely manner. We’ve ordered from Express Medical many times in the past and always receive great service and pricing.

Charged my credit card $412.00 for a… Charged my credit card $412.00 for a Roho seat cushion that was back ordered. The product was never shipped. I was told the authorization on the credit card would drop off and I would not be charged. It seems like their own policies don't work. I've tried to get them to return my money but they give me the run around. Save yourself a headache and loss of money. There are plenty of other medical supply companies.
