Top shelf, customer service, Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. Raphael Perlmann Has restored my faith in Customer service . So many companies sell your product and then they don’t care they got their money ! Not that way at heavy mobility scooters store . I have seen that this company and Raphael Perlmann cares about their customers after the sell.
