The owner answered my call before the company was even open and then advised me that considering our issue we didn’t need a new device but just new cables. We were very impressed with the fact that he could have made a greater profit by advising on a new EKG machine but instead gave his honest opinion. Very pleased and when we do need a new device we will for sure come back to him!
