I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month… I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month ago, even though the delivery was agreed to be made with DHL within 5-10 days, I still don't have a clue where is my order and no body from tempramed is willing to help abut it, not returneing my mails. I am very dissapointed with this purchase. If the description of the product is same as the description of their service we are deeply scamed.

No worries about Texas summer heat I'm thrilled with my new Tempramed VIVI Cap for both my Novolog Flexpen and Tresiba FlexTouch insulin pens. This is really amazing technology that's so easy to use, and I don't have to think about ice packs or priming cooling pouches with water before I go out. With the temperature over 100 degrees for the past month, and several more months of this heat, I don't have to worry that my insulin will go bad. It's great!

TM made my outdoors life in Belize easier… TempraMed has made my outdoors life in Belize so much easier! Also wonderful during power outages in hurricane season. :) The company was very quick to respond to my questions, and is helping me upgrade to the new model when I return to the states. Good product and good company that cares. I was skeptical at first as it is VERY hot and humid here.. however, I have had no problems throwing my pens in the shopping bag with just a cloth over to block direct sunlight!
