GBNo customer dervices After being hospitalized in Az. I ordered a BiPap machine from this company. I needed it right away in order to drive home. We bought a different unit locally and drove home. When this machine was delivered to my sisters hpuse she refused to take it; which is what your company told us to do. I am waiing to ear from you about a refund.

HUAt first the device worked The ordered device worked at first, but later it had problems. The computer program did not recognize it. I sent a video about the problem and corresponded with the company, who helped me, first with advice and then with a replacement device. Thank you very much for your help. I have had a heart rhythm problem since I was 12 years old, I had 3 surgeries. The device and your help means a lot to me.

GBBe aware 30 Moneyback Guaranteed FAKE They offer 30 Money back Guaranteed, has been 15 days since the day I'm requesting a return label cus a defective device, the only way to be able to talk to that dept is by email, and they reply only at 3:00AM. I only have 3 more days to reach the 30 timeline and have no resolution, I'm afraid I'm screwed with this people with horrible customer service. Please note I'm referring to a CPAP Medical device of daily use, You can't be waiting weeks for a resolution!

GBCustomer Service Sucks I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.
