GBSlow to inform customer of progress. The item purchased is in itself good quality and performs well. The problem for me was lack of information related to confirmation of order, subsequent information related to status of order and lack of clarity about who it was being delivered by and when.

GBDamaged Goods. Still not received the order after six days have elapsed. Package arrived on sixth day- damaged. Goods inside were intact only outer packaging damaged.
