GBThought I Got No Response but Found Messages in Spam Device came promptly but unfortunately, the sleeve is too tight on my arm. All attempts to begin a return and maybe get a larger sleeve have received no response. Got a prompt reply from BodyHelix after posting this. They asked, I looked and found their previous replies in spam. Am now returning for a larger size.

GBThe BodyHelix staff go the "extra mile" for the customer As always, BodyHelix came through. I have used the Full Wrist Brace for years to control arthritic symptoms in my right wrist and thumb. The Body Helix brace has worked great during the occasional painful flair-ups. Unfortunately, this brace has been discontinued. But they "came to the rescue" scouring the warehouse to find two in my size which they shipped out immediately. Thanks for going the extra mile" for a customer.
