GBCommunication, Understanding, Patience, is appreciated! I spoke with Sue from Biowave and she was very helpful and detailed in explaining how the Biowave Home device work. She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.

GBBiowave and Kevin have helped me with my pain! Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)

GBThe app is not working correctly so I… The app is not working correctly so I can not track the progress and I only have 30 days to try it out and I’m 2 weeks in and still have not received proper instructions on how to get the app straightened out
