Size matters I ordered a large for my beagle. The bed that arrived was much smaller than expected. My beagle seems ok with it, but I really thought she would have more room. I ordered the bed using my phone and had a problem with my mailing address. I contacted customer support, and the problem was immediately resolved. I also contacted customer support about the delivery date, and I received a quick response.

Buyers beware There's a serious issue with bed sizes. I ordered an XL for my 22kg Airedale Terrier and the bed was far too small for her. I contacted the company about returning it and was advised that return postage was not free. However, they did offer me a 15% refund on the first bed and a 30% refund if I purchased a second bed instead of returning the first one. I reluctantly went ahead with the second order. The only reason for doing so was that the return postage cost from the UK to China was over £70. The second bed XXL is large enough...in fact it is very considerably larger than the XL. Which makes me wonder if they sent me the wrong size with the first bed. Reading through reviews this seems to be happening a lot, I can't help but wonder if it's not too much of a coincidence? Quality wise they're okay. I've bought better and cheaper locally. I doubt they will wash well as they're pretty flat, nothing like the fluffy pics on the website. I would not recommend and definitely won't be repurchasing.

Amazing dog bed We bought a big round fluffy bed for our boxer, he took to it straight away and snuggles into the bed. We are very pleased with the purchase, no complaints at all, service was great, would certainly recommend Mr fluffy friend.

The best comforting bed! I have bought other brands of similar… I have bought other brands of similar calming beds but the Mr Fluffy Friend bed has been the best. Our rescue lurcher, who suffers from separation anxiety, really loves her bed and sleeps soundly for hours instead of constantly trying to share my bed!

I would just like to add further I would just like to add further, that after checking the complaints on here and seeing that this company have 'responded' and are dealing with everyone's matter, this is also scandalous!! I have had two 'replies' now and these have both just been blank emails. Yet, it appears to the 1000's of customers checking reviews on this website that this fraudulent company are actually doing the right thing and refunded money!!
