When I looked at the tracking, it said that there was an attempted delivery and that a notice was given to pick up at the post office. 1. Our office is open from 8am - 4pm every day. 2. No delivery notice was received. 3. Even after I called GPS - they said that there hands were tied. 4. Currently I am waiting for the item to be re-delivered and hopefully to the correct address.

Finally! Something that actually works! I switched to GPS Police after using a competing product for years. Rhean helped me order the equipment and got it a few days later. We had it installed and it started working immediately. I am kicking myself for not switching earlier. I left Fleetmatic and will never look back. Keep up the good work. Skeptical I was skeptical at first but I am happy to say that I am 100 % satisfied with GPS Police. We received our unit missing a wiring harness. The installer placed a call to them to let them know and to my surprise I had the harness first thing the next morning. I will and have no problem recommending GPS Police to anyone looking to track their vehicles.
